2024-25 ATHLETIC REGISTRATION REMIDNER!

All student-athletes must complete an IHSAA physical and register online for Athletic Participation via Final Forms at centralcatholic-in.finalforms.com prior to participating in SUMMER conditioning, practice, and/or any interscholastic sport for the 2024-2025 school year.  All electronic forms MUST be signed by parent and student to be fully eligible.

Remember, FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year for a quick registration experience!  Online registration is mandatory for all student-athletes next school year and beyond.
