IU Health Vaccine Clinics

IU Health Vaccine Clinics

Good afternoon!

See the information below about newly available COVID-19 vaccination appointments for the next 2 weekends. These appointments just opened up, so if you know someone who wants to change to an earlier appointment or make a new appointment for one of these weekends, please encourage them to do. This clinic will provide the Pfizer vaccine, which is the only vaccine that is available for 16 & 17-year-olds.

IU Health Arnett Hospital will be hosting vaccination clinics the weekends of April 17-18 and April 24-25, from 8 am to 8 pm. We have approximately 1300 vaccines available per weekend. IU Health Arnett provides only the Pfizer vaccine so now is a great time to get your teen (16-17) scheduled. Parents/guardians are encouraged to go with their child (16 or 17 years old) to the appointment. If it is not possible, parents/guardians may provide written authorization that the minor can receive the Pfizer vaccine unaccompanied.

To schedule an appointment, visit ourshot.in.gov or call 211. Note that anyone younger than 18 must receive the Pfizer vaccine. For transportation assistance to clinics, call 1.888.IUHEALTH (1.888.484.3258). Transportation services are available M-F 8am-5pm and Saturday 8-noon.

Thank you so much for sharing this information with your networks.
