Dear Parents,

Our Battle of the Classes event was a huge success today!  Students enjoyed the day and the weather cooperated.  The main purpose of this letter is to inform parents that due to a violation of the school’s drug, tobacco and alcohol policy today, there was reasonable cause to search personal belongings in the varsity locker rooms.  We appreciate and depend on parents in assisting the school with keeping our students safe and ensuring they are making good choices.

Finally, a reminder that next week is final exams.  Students are dismissed on Monday at 2:30 as usual.  CC students in grades 7-11 will be dismissed at 2:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  On Friday, CC students in grades 7-11 will be dismissed at noon.  Seniors have a copy of their final exam schedule.  Graduation is Friday, May 26, at 7:00 PM.  All CC supporters, family and friends are welcome to attend and join us in celebrating the 73 members of the Class of 2023.  

On behalf of the faculty and staff at Central Catholic, we wish each of our students and their families a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable summer vacation.  Orientation for the 2023-24 school year will be on Monday, August 14.  More details to follow.  The first school day for students will be Wednesday, August 16.
