Congratulations to eighth-graders Lillian Tanney and Katelyn Tanney, both of whom achieved gold status in the individual statewide Spell Bowl competition Wednesday.

Katelyn and Lillian achieved perfection throughout this fall’s Spell Bowl season by correctly spelling all 68 words they encountered in three different competitions.
