At this time, the Central Catholic Athletic Department ask that all Parents and Students login to FinalForms to register for the upcoming 2023-24 athletic school year and sign all required forms. Note: The updated 2023-24 student/parent handbook will be uploaded in May/June 2023.
Remember, FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year for a quick registration experience! Online registration is mandatory for all student-athletes next school year and beyond.
