SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7:  Help local philanthropic sorority from 8:00-12:30 a.m.!  Delta Zeta is making cheeseballs in the CC cafeteria and needs a couple of strong high school students to help with lifting and moving supplies. See Mrs. Justak for more information if you are interested in helping. This would be Type B service. (Not a CC sponsored event)

WEDNESDAYS IN DECEMBER:  Help make fleece, no-sew blankets for patients at St. Elizabeth Hospital!  Erin Albregts is organizing a Breakfast and Blankets service opportunity for CC students from 7-7:45 a.m. on Wednesdays, December 2, 9, & 16. See Mrs. Justak to sign-up! This would be Type B service.

ANYTIME:  Mr. Holda, a CC alumni, needs help with yard work this fall!  See Mrs. Justak for his contact info if you are able to help him! This would be Type A service. (Not a CC sponsored event)

NOW – NOVEMBER 1:  40 Days for Life. Pray for the unborn and their families at the Planned Parenthood in Lafayette. Consider going as a family!  Sign up now at https://40daysforlife.com/local-campaigns/lafayette/! This would be Type A service. (Not a CC sponsored event)

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2:  Prepare a meal for the homeless from 3:15-5:15 p.m.!  See Mrs. Justak to sign up. We will meet in the FACS room.  This would be Type B service.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3:  Serve a meal to the homeless from 8:00-10 p.m.!  See Mrs. Justak to sign up and get a permission slip. We will meet in the FACS room get everything together and drive over to the LUM homeless shelter where we will serve the meal. We will return to CC at 10:00 p.m.  This would be Type A service.

THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS BREAKS: Host-a-Boiler! Give shelter to a ‘homeless student’! For details and to sign up go to:  www.ippu.purdue.edu/HostABoiler/ This would be Type A service and a great opportunity for families. (Not a CC sponsored event)
